Our very popular Red Mailing Bags have been flying off the shelf for a good 6 years now.  Manufactured in a brilliant Pillar Box Red, the Red Postal Bags are  vibrant and really stand out.  Due to the special polythene we use, our Red Mailing Bags are also very lightweight and strong.  Postage costs will be reduced when using a strong lightweight mailing bag.  We manufacture the Red Postal Bags on site here in the UK, as we do all our mailing bags.  The Red Mailing Bags are manufactured from our special 3 layer COEX blended polythene film.  Red on the outside, a middle unseen layer of white and then black on the inside of the bags. Most of our competitors make these particular bags in a 1 layer mono film which means you can see through the film!  The Red Postal Bags  are glossy on the outside.  We specially treat the film in the manufacturing process so that the glue on the lip sticks permanently as it should and to ensure that the polythene film accepts stamps and your address labels etc.

The Red Postal Bags are manufactured at 50mu / micron which is classed as light duty film and so is very light weight, yet still retains great puncture resistance and strength as it is made from 3 layers of film.  The mailing bags are 100% Recyclable.  If you need bags for items with sharp edges and heavy in weight then ideally you should be looking at our Heavy Duty Mailing Bags.  We will soon be introducing a range of 75mu Heavy Duty Red Mailing Bags.

MANUFACTURING TRADE TOLERANCES ON MAILING BAGS

Specification:  All sizes and thicknesses are approximate.  Standard tolerances are in line with industry standards.  However, note in particular that bag width may vary by +/-3mm or +/-3% and bag depth by +/-3mm or +/-3% which ever is the greater.  Where size is critical, a sample of the product to be packed must be submitted to us in order to agree size tolerances before the acceptance of your order.
