Not only are they a nice bright, vibrant colour, but they are very lightweight also, thus reducing your postage costs. We manufacture our baby blue mailing bags in our special 3 layer COEX blend. Blue on the outside, a middle unseen layer of white and then black on the inside of the bags. The baby blue mailing bags are a glossy on the outside. We specially treat the film in the manufacturing process so that the glue on the lip sticks permanently as it should and to ensure that the polythene film accepts stamps address labels etc

With 10 sizes of Baby Blue Mailing bags to choose from, this range of very lightweight blue mailing bags have been designed to provide quality, security and performance that you can trust. The film is as very light and strong and all sizes are 45mu-50mu and is made up of three layers which gives you complete peace of mind regarding the opacity of the bags.

With a unique grade of hot melt glue used for sealing the bags, once they are sealed, they are sealed! Bags can be addressed and accept all labels, stamps and biro.

MANUFACTURING TRADE TOLERANCES ON MAILING BAGS

Specification: All sizes and thicknesses are approximate. Standard tolerances are in line with industry standards. However, note in particular that bag width may vary by +/-3mm or +/-3% and bag depth by +/-3mm or +/-3% which ever is the greater. Where size is critical, a sample of the product to be packed must be submitted to us in order to agree size tolerances before the acceptance of your order.

Thickness/Gauge/(mu): +/-10% by weight.

Quantity Variation: The quantity despatched and charged for and to be regarded as completion of order ( subject to part shipped orders ) may vary from that ordered by +/-10%. All mailing bags are labelled as approx in line with the industry standards. If you require that your packs of mailing bags are supllied as exact qty figures, ie 50 or 100 etc, then please contact us for details.
