Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our Sales/Telesales team in our Lincoln office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the packaging industry, with a proven track record of selling packaging consumables to both local and nationwide businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to clients.
• Achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or telesales, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience.
