A Box is just a Box isn't it?
Well you might think so but there are a number of things you should take into account to make sure you select the right box for your needs.  Choosing the wrong box could lead to a whole lot of trouble, not least of all damaging your goods.  The key is to choose wisely to ensure you present your products and company well and keep the costs down to a minimum by not 'over engineering' the packaging.

Check out these 5 important areas of consideration to help you make your purchase:

1.  Get the dimensions right:

Getting the box dimensions right is essential.  Be careful to measure the contents accurately and choose a box that gives sufficient clearance for internal padding materials such as our range of bubble wrap or tissue wrapping papers.

2.  Pick the right box style:

Although the most common box style is '0201 Style' - the type that has has flaps on the top and bottom to tape up - there are many other styles available including those shown below.  Check out and or download our FEFCO GUIDE for more information.

3.  Pick the right box strength:

Make sure you choose the right box for the job!  We offer a choice of two strengths, Single Wall and Double Wall.  As a rule, if your contents are heavy or have sharp or protruding edges then we would advise you go for the double wall boxes for maximum strength and damage resistance.  Alternatively, then our single wall boxes may be just right as well as being slightly lighter.

4.  Choose your labelling:

Adding easy to read and good looking labels helps make sure your package gets to it's destination safely as well as adding that professional touch.  Take a look at our Integrated LabelsIntegrated labels are vital tools for successful e-commerce businesses. Each sheet is designed to include peel-out labels for delivery, returns and any other information you require, in the same sheet as your customer’s invoice or dispatch note. This means you can save time and money with a seamless fulfillment process ensuring accurate picking and dispatch with one easy printout.
