Please Note: Bubble Wrap Rolls are ONLY shipped within mainland UK. We ONLY send them on our Next Day Service and may carry an additional shipping charge due to their size. This additional charge will be added to your shipping charge at checkout.

Southern Ireland & Zone 1 Countries - 2 days:
All orders for delivery to Southern Ireland, Belgium, France (incl Monaco), Germany, Luxemburg and the Netherlands, will be charged delivery subject to the order value and total consignment weight.
Offshore Deliveries - 2 days:
All orders for delivery to Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, will be charged delivery subject to the order value and total consignment weight.
Zone 2 Countries - 3 days:
All orders for delivery to Denmark, Switzerland, Austria, Liechtenstein, will be charged delivery subject to the order value and total consignment. Note, a customs clearance charge of £25.00 + VAT will also be required for those countries highlighted.
Zone 3 Countries - 3-4 days:
All orders for delivery to Spain, Italy, Czech Rep, Slovakia, will be charged delivery subject to the order value and total consignment weight.
Zone 4 Countries - 4-5 days:
All orders for delivery to Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia and Sweden, will be charged delivery subject to the order value and total consignment weight.
Zone 5 Countries - 4-5 days:
All orders for delivery to Norway, Iceland, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece (inc. Islands), Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, will be charged delivery subject to the order value and total consignment weight. Note, a customs clearance charge of £28.75 + VAT will also be required for those countries highlighted.

Should you fail to be present to sign for the delivery and act on the information left by the courier, then the goods will be held at the nearest local depot and the delivery re-booked. This will incur extra charges subject to which service has been used.
Next Day delivery is only available if the order has been received before 3PM that day and stock is available however sometimes allowances can be made depending on certain terms. This is only valid for UK Mainland deliveries. Any deliveries to European countries can take anything from 2 - 5 days. Some postcodes in Scotland can take an extra 24 hrs.
We make every effort to dispatch your goods within 24hrs subject to payment being received and availability of stock. If stock is not available on a particular item then we shall inform you by telephone/email of the earliest dispatch date.
In most cases the cost of delivery is already included in the cost of the product. However on smaller orders/box quantities the cost of delivery shall be shown separately.
If your delivery should not arrive on the expected delivery date then please inform us immediately. Please quote your name, order number if applicable and postcode. If you have no delivery at all then you must report this within 5 working days.
Failure to report a lost or missing parcel within the time-frame:
We will not be held responsible for the failure of customer(s) to report lost or missing parcel(s), (subject to reason), within the given time-frame, (i.e. 5 working days).
All orders placed with Poly Postal Packaging are progressed by senior management at every stage and full customer contact maintained throughout. We are committed to ensuring that all orders are fulfilled. We recognise the importance of packaging, and how it is used reflect the value of your product. Only the highest grade raw materials are used, with adequate stock maintained at all times.
